    1. Sign-up and sign-in to Raiffeisen Online

    Raiffeisen Online allows you to perform banking operations via Internet 24/7 wherever you are in the world, by accessing the websitewww.raiffeisenonline.ro.

    1.1. Sign-up of Individuals

    In order to become a Raiffeisen Online service client, you must:

    • Be a Raiffeisen Bank client
    • Own at least one active current account in RON/EUR/USD
    • Own an active debit or credit card provided with a cip
    • Conclude an agreement for the activation of the service

    In order to conclude the agreement for the activation of Raiffeisen Online Service, you may contact any Raiffeisen Bank unit, where our specialists will assist you and thus you will discover the first steps in using the service.

    1.2. Sign-in of Individuals

    Following the conclusion of the agreement, the service becomes active immediately and you will be able to use it under full security conditions with the observance thereof and of the recommendations in the user’s guide.

    First sign-in

    The following information will be used for the first sign-in to Raiffeisen Online:

    • Initial user code (CIF): the code communicated by the specialist in the Raiffeisen Bank unit and written in the agreement;
    • Sign-in code generated by means of a debit or credit card with cip and the card reader.

    Upon the first sign-in, you will be compulsorily required to change your User Code.Thus, you are able to set a preferred User Code.

    For all subsequent sign-in you will insert the User Code and the code generated by the card reader.

    1.3. Sign-in to the application

    For the sign-in to Raiffeisen Online application, you have to take the following steps:

    1. 1. Access Raiffeisen Online (the following link: www.raiffeisen.ro or directly www.raiffeisen.ro or directly at www.raiffeisenonline.ro)
    2. 2. Insert your User Code* (Upon the first sign-in, the initial User Code (CIF), the one communicated by the bank and stipulated in the agreement, is inserted. As for the second sign-in, you will insert the User Code (CIF) that you chose).
    3. 3. Sign-in by code generated by means of a debit or credit card and the card reader
      • Insert the Smart card into the card reader
      • Select the Sign-in option
      • Insert PIN
      • Insert the password generated by the card reader on the Raiffeisen Online access screen
    4. 4. Press the Sign-in button
    5. 5. Raiffeisen Online Service is available for you

    *Important: The user code is “case sensitive” (when you insert it, you should keep in mind that the type of characters–capital or small letters–must be exactly as set during sign-in).

    An eventual misuse of one of the sign-in items for 3 consecutive times will lead to the blocking of the respective user for security reasons. Your access will be un-blocked by calling the telephone service made available by the Bank to the User of Raiffeisen Online Service at 021/306.55.55 or 021/306.55.56 (Call Centre Service), available 24/7.

    Important: If you inserted the wrong user and a correct sign-in code as identification items, for the following 2 attempts that you are entitled to, you must use a new sign-in code generated by the card reader. A sign-in code may be used only once in the application.

    2. General aspects

    2.1. Main page

    After completing the steps for the sign-in process, the first displayed page is the Main page. You can observe your Financial Status in the Overview Section, which contains a complete image of the available funds of your current/savings accounts, even if they are not added to your Raiffeisen Online account. Even more than that, besides the current situation, you will see a chart, which shows your financial fluctuations over the past 30 days.

    In case you have any, the page also contains information about any transactions that have the processing date within the next 30 days. (Under Future Payments Sections)

    On the top side of the main page, you will find information about your last authentication, and the following tabs:

    • Home (): it directs you to the main page of the applications
    • Messages (): It directs you to the page with secured messages, in addition, the tab displays the number of unread secured messages (if any)
    • Help (): it directs you to Raiffeisen Online User’s Guide
    • Print (): it offers the possibility to print the current view, except for the sign-in and sign-out screen page
    • Log out (): it is used to correctly leave the application

    At the bottom side of the page, you will find an information section, which contains links to possible interest areas (i.e. Frequently asked questions, Technical Requirements).

    On the left side of the screen, four categories of menu are provided, as follows:

    "Account services", "Payments”, “Investments”, "Client service", which help you to properly explore Raiffeisen Online application.

    Every time you select one of the previous categories from this menu, the component submenus will be displayed.

    You can always return to the main page to observe the Overview Section by pressing the Raiffeisen Bank logo, which can be seen permanently during your navigation, in the top left corner or the Home button, displayed in the top right corner.

    2.2. Secured messages

    The secured messages option is a service that offers you the opportunity to communicate with the bank in a secure manner, using text messages, in relation to Raiffeisen Online’s features, which you may also use for to send your suggestions for improvement. In order to view the messages received or to send a secured message to the bank, you must select the top right tab, which is accessible at any time, on any page. In addition, if there are unread secured messages, you are notified about them through a message existing on the main page.

    3. Account services

    3.1. My Portfolio

    The My Portfolio option provides the list of the personal accounts (that you own) opened at Raiffeisen Bank. As an exception, in case of the time accounts for underage persons, the legal representative will be able to have access to these accounts by means of Raiffeisen Online, only in order to view the balances and the transaction history of the aforementioned.

    In order to view this list, you must select the My Portfolio submenu from the Account Services menu, the first option up to the left.

    The following information is provided for the each account:

    • Account type - product
    • Account number/name
    • Account currency
    • Available balance (valid for current and saving account)
    • Current balance

    You can access more information for each account, just by clicking on it.

    By Raiffeisen Online, you are able to view all active accounts that you hold upon its activation. Upon your request, the Raiffeisen Online will not display the accounts noted in your agreement.

    Account types:

    A. Current and savings accounts

    The following information is displayed for the current and savings accounts:

    1. Details:
      • IBAN account number
      • Number and name of the agency where the account is opened
      • Opening date of the account
      • Date of commissioning collection for current account management
      • Name of the account holder
    2. Beneficiaries:
      • Holder/relation of the holder unto the account: it displays the account holder and also the name of the proxies for the respective account, if any
    3. Balances:
      • Available balance
      • Current balance
      • The total approved overdraft
      • Total used overdraft
      • Total amount on hold
      • Display current day report

        With this feature, by accessing the button „Display current day report" you will be able to see the transactions performed during the current day in the respective account with all the details corresponding to the statement of account.

        The provisional statement of account is available for viewing and printing in PDF or Excel format. Moreover, the statement of account can be saved and archived electronically, for later use.

      • Display active transactions

        By means of this function, by accessing the button „Display active transactions” you will be able to see the transactions, which are to be made from the selected account. The following active transactions are displayed:

        • One time future dated and recurring (planned) transactions – with the option to display or delete them;
        • Payments related to ConfortaBill service – with the option to view, modify or delete them;
        • Payments related to the loan accounts.

    The next part of the screen displays a history of the transactions in terms of the respective account. For each transaction, the following information is displayed:

    • Transaction date
    • Transaction description
    • Amount

    On the left side, near each transaction, the application displays an arrow representing the type of transaction (red arrows and writing represent debits, while the green ones, the credits).

    By accessing the Advanced Search button, the application will display a series of selection criteria. The fields below are used as selection criteria:

    • Date (from – to) (DD/MM/YYYY)
    • Transaction type (Debit/Credit)
    • Amount (from-to)
    • Number of transactions

    After inserting the selected criteria, you have to press the Search button and on the screen will be displayed the list of transactions meeting the required criteria.

    On the right side of each transaction, the application provides an icon that offers once accessed the option to display the details related to the respective transaction by one click.

    The transactions displayed on this screen for each individual account can be displayed as a list (default) and as a calendar, by accessing the link „Display calendar”. After accessing this link, all transactions will be grouped, depending on the date of completion, on the calendar. At any time, you can return to the list-format by accessing the link „Display list”.

    B. Time deposits

    The following information is displayed for time deposits:

    1. Details
      • The number and name of the agency where the deposit is opened
      • Opening date of the deposit account
      • Maturity date/Next renewal date: if it is a time deposit with a unique maturity then it will be displayed only the due date, in case of a renewable deposit, it is displaying the date of the next renewal of the deposit.
    2. Beneficiaries
      • Holder/relation of the holder in relation to the account: it displays the account holder and the name of the proxies for the respective account, if any.
    3. Time deposits features
      • Current balance: time deposit balance
      • Interest rate
      • Current year held interest: the interest held in the current year
      • This year paid interest: the interest paid in the current year
      • Next date of interest payment: the date when the next interest payment will be made
      • Next amount to be paid
      • Interest transfer account

    The next section of the screen displays a history of the transactions in terms of the respective account and it is similar to the one for current and saving accounts.

    C. Credit accounts

    The following information is displayed for the credit accounts:

    1. Details
      • The number and name of the agency when the credit is opened
      • Opening date
      • Expiry date: credit due date
    2. Loan features
      • Loan amount: the amount of the approved credit
      • Main balance: due amount from the approved credit
      • Next payment date
      • Next amount to be paid
      • Due payments
      • The account from which the payment is made
      • Interest rate

    The next section of the screen displays a history of the transactions in terms of the respective account and it is similar to the one for current and saving accounts.

    D. Credit cards

    The following information is displayed for the credit cards:

    1. Details
      • Approved credit limit
      • Available balance
      • Last activity report balance
      • The minimum amount to be returned
      • Maximum date for reimbursement
      • Refund amount for the current period
      • Direct debit exists

    The next section of the screen displays a history of the transactions in terms of the respective account and it is similar to the one for current and saving accounts.

    3.2. Account statement

    By means of this feature, you can obtain a statement of account from one of your current or savings accounts and you can select the account for which you want the statement of account.

    You are also able to use a selection criterion, specifying the start date and end date of the period for which you wish the statement of account to be displayed for the respective account; the start date cannot exceed 6 months from the request date.

    By simply accessing the Submit button, the application will display all statements of account generated during the period filled in as selection criterion for the account you previously selected.

    The application also enables you to view, quickly, the last statement of account generated for a certain account, by pressing "Download Last Statement".

    The information provided by the statement of account downloaded via Raiffeisen Online application is similar to those provided by the statement of account issued by Raiffeisen Bank unit, where the account was opened and it refers to information in relation to the amounts paid/collected, the transaction date, and details regarding the beneficiary/fund manager of the financial transaction.

    The application also provides the option to download, in PDF or Excel format, either an individual statement (you can select only one statement from those displayed on the screed) or multiple statements of accounts, archived (you can select a simultaneous download of 2 statements of account for the account previously selected). One will only select the statements of account to be downloaded and then press PDF or EXCEL button in order to save them in the intended form.

    If you want to select all the account statements available for the selected account, you can tick directly the “Statement of account date” box or you can cancel by deselecting it.

    3.3. Activity report

    This feature allows you to view the completed transactions on a certain account, in the format provided by the statement of account. In the displayed screen, the following options will be provided:

    • From account: select the account from which you want to get the activity report
    • Date from- to: you can select the current day transactions by ticking “Display current day report” or you can select a specific period by selected the desired interval ( but, it cannot exceed 6 months from the request date)

    The following fields are useful if you want to filter current day transactions or those from the selected period, by pressing, “Advanced search”:

    • Transaction type: you can filter the transactions based on their type (debit, credit, both)
    • Amount range (from-to): you can filter the transactions based on the amount range
    • Beneficiary name: you can filter the transactions by inserting the name of the beneficiary
    • Beneficiary tax code: you can filter the transaction by inserting the tax code of the beneficiary
    • Beneficiary account number: you can filter the transactions based on the account number of the beneficiary.

    After inserting the data required by the application, you can display the transactions on the screen; displaying is available by pressing “Display report” button. After accessing, at the bottom of the screen, the transactions identified by the application based on the filters set in the initial screen will be displayed.

    Displaying of this information is available in both PDF and XLS format. Pressing the desired format button, the application will generate a file containing the transactions identified by the application based on filters set in the initial screen.

    For generating the report for a period from the history, both selected dates have to be working days, the maximum period (Date from – Date to) for which an activity report can be requested is about 6 months.

    3.4. Display active transactions

    This feature can be found in the screen “Account services” and allows you to display, modify or delete transactions completed via Raiffeisen Online, which are to be operated in the future. These transactions may have the following characteristics:

    • One time transactions executed at a preset time in the future
    • Recurring transactions (planned)

    Using the feature “Advanced search”, it allows you to display existent active transactions according to:

    • Debited account
    • Time frame
    • Amount to be debited
    • Amount to be debited
    • Currency of the debited amount
    • Beneficiary account

    For each active transaction, there are two options: Display or Delete, providing the possibility to view or delete any active transaction previously defined. These options become active simply by placing the mouse on the respective transaction; the two options will be displayed on the right side of each active payment of the displayed list in the respective menu.

    3.5. List ConfortaBill services

    This feature allows you to view, modify or delete ConfortaBill services concluded with the bank.

    In order to modify the instructions previously communicated to the bank, you have to access Modify button and then Modify ConfortaBill service. All the active instructions on the selected payer's account will be displayed; each and every one of them may be modified.

    In order to delete the instructions previously communicated to the bank, you must access Delete button and then Confirm button. All the instructions active on the selected payer's account will be displayed; delete option is available.

    Display, Modify and Delete options become active on the screen simply by placing the mouse on the respective contract; these three options will be displayed on the right side of each contract of the displayed list in the respective menu.

    You also have the option to deactivate/activate a direct debit mandate if you want the bank not to debit the account for the inactive period. For this purpose, you will access the Modify button, and then tick/deselect the status, subsequently modifying the status of the contract on the bottom of the page. At the end, Modify ConfortaBill button is pressed.

    3.6. Create ConfortaBill services

    By this feature you send instructions to the bank for the purpose of automatically charging your current account with the value of the invoices issued by a service provider in your name or of a third party, the provider’s client. In addition, you can delete or change the instructions previously sent to the bank.

    Upon setting up a payment via ConfortaBill service, you must select the Provider for which you want to conclude this service as well as the account to be debited (payer account); afterwards, you have to fill in the details related to your invoice into the displayed fields. Depending on the selected Provider, the fields related the invoice identification date might differ.

    If the invoice that you wish to pay is not issued in your name, you must tick “Third-Party Bill” and "Third party name" field and fill in the remaining fields with the data of the holder of the invoice issued by the provider in accordance with the instructions on the screen.

    You must fill in the field “Maximum value of the invoice” with the maximum value deemed as representing the maximum amount of the invoices that you can reasonably expect, taking into account the profile of previous expenses and the conditions in the agreement with the supplier, value up to which the bank is empowered to debit the client’s account for the respective provider. If the value of the invoice sent by the provider for payment exceeds this maximum value, the bank will not debit your account

    Important: If you did not provide a maximum invoice value, the Bank establishes a maximum value ex officio, which appears on the screen Set-up of direct payment to suppliers – ConfortaBill.

    Subsequent to filling in the fields, you should access the Terms and Conditions of ConfortaBill service and if you have read and agreed to the Terms and Conditions of creating ConfortaBill service, you have to tick the appropriate field.

    After selecting the aforementioned option, you have to press the Send button and a verification and a confirmation screen will appear, summarizing the details of the transaction related to the creation of the ConfortaBill service.

    The next screen will guide you to finalize the process of creating Confortabill services.

    3.7. Create current /savings account

    By means of this feature, you send the bank instructions for opening a current or a savings account:

    The following information will be displayed:

    • Offer type: current or savings accounts
    • Type of account : from the scrolled list, you have to select the desired account in the related currency
    • Account alias: You can insert the current/savings account alias for the purpose of identifying more easily a certain account from the list of existing accounts
    • Proxy 1 (Personal Identification Number - CNP): You can insert the CNP of the account proxy, belonging to a person already existing in the bank’s data base
    • Proxy 2 (Personal Identification Number - CNP): You can insert the CNP of a second account proxy, belonging to a person already existing in the bank’s data base
    • I agree with the Terms and Conditions: tick if you have read and agree with the Terms and Conditions for opening a current/savings account, namely the General Conditions of Banking Operations Performance

    Press the Submit button after selecting the option above; a verification and a confirmation screen will be displayed, summarizing the details of the current account/savings account opening process. After inserting the authorization code, one will press the Confirm button.

    3.8. Apply for a debit card

    By means of this function, you can apply for a debit card for you or for supplementary users.

    The following information will be displayed:

    • From the account: You have to select the account to which you want to attach a debit;
    • Debit Card Type: to each account, one or several debit cards can be attached according to bank’s offers, both in terms of the holder as well as the supplementary; only one principal card can be issued and/or maximum two supplementary debit cards of the same type, on each account. The supplementary cards can be attached to an account only if that account already has a principal card;
    • Security password in relation to the Bank: it will be the password that you choose to be used in the identification process of the card holder;
    • Name on the card: it is accepted only a combination between name and surname of the client (if the client has more names).;
      e.g.: Popescu-Ionescu Maria Ioana – Name on the card (max. 25 letters) can be Ionescu Ioana
    • County: You have to select the county in which you want the debit card to be issued; by filling in the first characters of the desired county in the “Search” field, the application will automatically display only the counties meeting this criterion.
    • Branch: You have to select the Raiffeisen Bank branch from which the card will be picked up; the most accessible one for the card holder; by filling in the “Search” field the first characters of the branch name, the application will automatically display only the branches meeting this criterion.
    • I agree with the Terms and Conditions: before you apply for a debit card, it is necessary for you to read the Term and Conditions regarding the Debit Card. If these are accepted, the process of applying for a debit card can be completed.

    When issuing a supplementary card, beside the information provided for the issuing of the principal, the following information is also required:

    • Nationality: nationality of the supplementary card holder;
    • Residency: from the scrolled list, you have to select the information stated regarding the holder of the supplementary card.
    • Personal Identification Code - CNP: personal identification number of the supplementary card holder
    • ID card series: the series of the ID card of the supplementary card holder;
    • ID card number: the number of the ID card of the supplementary card holder;
    • Name: Supplementary card holder’s name;
    • Surname: Surname Supplementary card holder’s;
    • Telephone number: Supplementary card holder’s telephone number;
    • Marital status: Supplementary card holder’s marital status;

    4. Payments/Transfers

    To access this feature, one should click on the left side screen „Payments”, which will open a page where you can find all types of payments.

    One should select from the right side of the screen the type of payment that wishes to make. Available options: Saved templates, Transfer between own accounts, Foreign currency exchange, Intrabank payments, Interbank payments in RON, Interbank payments in foreign currency, Invoice payment.

    4.1. Payments to saved templates

    This feature allows you to make payments based on initially preset templates. The following information will be displayed, according to the type of transaction that template is saved:

    • Initially preset template name
    • From the account: the account from which the payment is made.
    • To account: the account in which the payment is made
    • Amount: the amount field which will have to be filled in
    • Transaction date: displays the current transaction date and the possibility to setup a recurrence for the respective payment(for transactions which allow this feature)

    Then, press the Submit button and a verification and a confirmation screen will be displayed, summarizing the details of the transaction, subsequently pressing the Confirm button.

    4.2. Transfers to own accounts

    This transaction is used to transfer funds between two personal accounts opened at Raiffeisen Bank, opened in the same currency.

    The transaction implies filling in of the following fields (inserting the data into the Payments menu:

    • From the account: account to be debited. You have to select the account from which the transfer will be made;
    • In the account – you have to select the account to be credited. You have to select the account in which the transfer will be made;
    • Amount: amount to be transferred. If you want to transfer an amount containing decimals (e.g. RON 100 and 21 bani), you should type 100, then the sign „dot” and then 21, i.e. 100.21 RON.
    • Payment date (DD/MM/YYYY): the transaction processing date, which is automatically filled with the current date but can be modified into a future date at which the transfer can be processed; also, by using the arrows next to the „One time transaction” field, you can change the option into „Repeated transaction”, for a processing a planned payment.
      1. On a fixed date

        You have to indicate the preferred date in the Transfer date field, while in the Frequency (all) section, you will select 1 month, if you wish the transfer to be made monthly or 2 months, if you wish the transfer to be made on a fixed date, indicated by you, every two months, etc.
        E.g: Transfer date: 16/10/2011 and Frequency: 1 month, will determine the transfer to be repeated every month, on the 16th.

      2. On a fixed number of days

        You will mention the date of the first transfer in the Transfer date field and in the Frequency (all) section, you will select 1 day, if you wish the transfer to be made daily or 3 days, if you wish the transfer to be made every 3 days, etc.
        Expiry date (DD/MM/YYYY): if the transfer is repeated, you have to mention the expiry date, the date from which the transfer will no longer be made.

      You may opt for the repeated transfer to be made:
    • Payment details: the text to be included in the description field of the transaction history of the respective account;

    The Submit button will redirect you to the confirmation page where you will be able to review the transaction details again.

    Result

    It is also available the option to set the transaction as a template, by checking the „Save template” box under the Result page.

    The Result screen provides information regarding the processing of the transaction, and in case of repeated payments or in the future, this screen confirms the successful sending to the bank of the respective payment instructions.

    For the Electronic confirmation option that will open a file with the details of the transaction, which may be saved on your computer, you must access Client Service menu - Online Activity.

    4.3 Currency exchange

    This transaction is used to make a currency exchange between two personal accounts opened at Raiffeisen Bank.

    For this transaction, the following fields will be filled in (inserting the data under the Payments menu):

    • From the account: the account to be debited. You have to select the account from which the sale is made;
    • To account – you can select the account to be credited. You have to select the account in which the sale is made;
    • Amount: amount subject to the currency exchange
    • Currency: Sold currency

    The Submit button will redirect you to the confirmation page where you will be able to review the transaction details again.

    It is also available the option to set the transaction as a template, by checking the „Save template” box under the Result page.

    For the Electronic confirmation option that will open a file with the details of the transaction, which may be saved on your computer, you must access Client Service menu - Online Activity.

    4.4 Intrabank transfers (into Raiffeisen Bank accounts)

    This operation is used to transfer funds online (both in RON as well as foreign currency) from a personal account to an account of another Raiffeisen Bank client.
    If you wish to pay utility invoices, insurance policies etc. please use the option “Bill payments” under Payments Menu.

    The following information must be provided:

    • From the accounts: You can select the account from which the payment is made
    • Beneficiary’s IBAN: If you defined the beneficiary of the transfer in the option Manage beneficiaries under the Clients Services menu, you can select its name by selecting To Preset Beneficiaries. The beneficiary account may be filled in both entirely in IBAN format within the application as well as in short format: the last 10 figures of the IBAN account or the figures after the zeros within the last 10 figures of the IBAN account. The authorization screen will display the complete IBAN account.
    • Amount: amount to be transferred;
    • Payment date (DD/MM/YYYY): the transaction processing date, which is automatically filled in with the current date, but can be modified into a future date on which the transfer can be processed.       You may opt for the repeated transfer to be made:

      1. On a fixed date

        You have to indicate the preferred date in the Transfer date field, while in the Frequency (all) section you have to select 1 month, if you wish the transfer to be made monthly or 2 months, if you wish the transfer to be made on the fixed date indicated by you every two months, etc.

        E.g: Transfer date: 16/04/2006 and Frequency: 1 month, thus, the transfer will repeat on the 16th of every month.

      2. On a fixed number of days

        You have to indicate the date of the first transfer in the Transfer date field, while in the Frequency (all) section you will select 1 day, if you wish the transfer to be made daily, or 3 days, if you wish the transfer to be made every 3 days etc. If you want the transfer to be repeated every two months, you have to select 2 and the option “month (s)”, etc.

    • Expiry date (DD/MM/YYYY): if the transfer is repeated, you have to mention the expiry date, the date from which the transfer will no longer be made.
    • Payment details, line 1: details of the payment to be made. The text will be included in the description field under the transaction history of the respective account;
    • Payment details, line 2: details of the payment to be made. The text will be included in the description field under the transaction history of the respective account;

    Then you press Submit and a verification and a confirmation screen will be displayed, summarizing the transaction details.

    If the displayed information is correct, the Authorization Code is inserted and the Confirm button is pressed.

    If you want to change the information, you must press Cancel, which will take you back to the data insertion page.

    In the result screen of the payment, you may set the transfer to be made as a payment template, by ticking the options “Save template”.

    Note: For payment orders in foreign currency as well as for payment orders in RON on the territory of Romania, in an amount equal or higher than EUR 50,000 or its equivalent on the payment day, ordered by a resident Client to a non-resident one, the resident Client will fill in and submit to the Bank the External payment order/declaration (DPE) within maximum 10 calendar days as of the date the payment is made.

    4.5. Interbank payments in LEI

    By accessing this option, you will be able to make transfers in RON to personal accounts or other persons accounts opened at other commercial banks in Romania.

    The data insertion screen under the Payments Menu will request the following information:

    • From the account: personal accounts in LEI from which the transfer is made;
    • Beneficiary IBAN: IBAN account of the beneficiary in whose account the transfer is made;
    • Beneficiary name: name of the beneficiary in whose account the transfer is made;
    • Beneficiary identification code: this field is filled in only for Treasury payments in accordance with the legal provisions;
    • The Payment Evidence Number (PEN) must be filled in for certain Treasury payments according to MF Order 354/2013, for example:
    • - additional tax liabilities settled through tax decision regarding the additional tax payment obligations imposed by the tax inspection;

      - fines of any kind established by the law through the finding document;

      - amounts settled within the decision regarding the environment vehicle stamp.

      The PEN can be obtained by:

      a) accessing the assistance program for PEN generation available on the ANAF website in the Taxpayers Assistance section / Useful Programmes

      b) registering the PEN referred to in the imposing decision for additional tax liabilities established by the tax inspection;

      c) by requiring the PEN to the responsible fiscal authority.

    • Amount: amount to be transferred;
    • Payment date: the transaction processing date, which is automatically filled in with the current date, but can be modified into a future date at which the transfer can be processed. In addition, by using the arrows next to the “One time transaction” field, you can change the option into “Recurring transaction”, to order a future dated transaction.

      You may opt for the repeated transfer to be made:

      1. On a fixed date
      2. In this case, in the field Transfer date you will indicate the preferred date, while in the Frequency (all) section you will select 1 month, if you wish the transfer to be made monthly or 2 months if you wish the transfer to be made on the fixed date indicated by you every two months etc.
        For instance: Transfer date: 16/10/2011 and Frequency: 1 month, will lead to the recurrence of the transfer once every month, on the 16th.
      3. On a fixed number of days
      4. In this case, in the field Transfer date you will mention the date of the first transfer, while in the section Frequency (all) you will select 1 day, if you want it to be made daily or 3 days, if you want the transfer to be made every 3 days etc.
    • Payment details line 1 and 2: you can insert the description of the payment (invoice number, subscriber code, etc.). If you want to pay utility invoices, insurance policies, etc. please use the option “Invoice payment”;

    Then you press Submit and a verification and a confirmation screen will be displayed, summarizing the transaction details.

    The confirmation screen summarizes the details of the transaction and you have to insert the Authorization Code. After verifying the information, you have to press the Confirm button. If you want to change the information, you must press Cancel, which will take you back to the data insertion page.

    In the result screen of the payment, you may set the transfer to be made as a payment template, by ticking the options “Save template”.

    4.6. Interbank payments in foreign currency

    By accessing this option, you will be able to make transfers in foreign currency into accounts opened at other commercial banks in Romania or other banks abroad.

    The data insertion screen will request the following information:

    • From the account: personal account from which the payments are made;
    • Beneficiary account number: the account number (IBAN) to which you want to make the transfer;
    • Beneficiary name and surname: Name and surname of the beneficiary in whose account the transfer is made;
    • Address/Beneficiary’s country: address and country of the beneficiary;
    • Beneficiary bank/ Swift code: SWIFT code of the beneficiary’s bank;
    • The beneficiary’s bank name: name of the bank where the beneficiary account is opened;
    • Beneficiary’s bank address: address of the bank where the beneficiary account is opened;
    • Amount and currency: amount to be transferred; by using the currency list next to this field, you can select the currency in which you want to make the transaction;
    • Payment date (DD/MM/YYYY): the transaction processing date, which is automatically filled in with the current date, but can be modified into a future date at which the transfer can be processed. In addition, by using the arrows next to the “One time transaction” field, you can change the option into “Recurring transaction” to order a future dated transaction.

      You may opt for the repeated transfer to be made:

      a. On a fixed date

      In this case, in the field Transfer date you will indicate the preferred date, while in the Frequency (all) section you will select 1 month, if you wish the transfer to be made monthly or 2 months, if you wish the transfer to be made on the fixed date indicated by you, every two months, etc.

      b) On a fixed number of days

    • Payment details: here you can insert the description of the respective transfer;
    • Additional details: other details related to the operated transfer
    • Statistic code: payment statistic code;
    • Documents: documents underlying the payment;
    • Priority: nature of the payment (date of foreign currency), respectively the standard payment, foreign currency date =D+2, urgent payment (today/tomorrow), foreign currency date =D or D+1. For the transfers with the foreign currency date D or D+1 an emergency fee is charged. For further details, please access www.raiffeisenonline.ro charges and fees section;
    • Fees and expenses: When the payment service provider of the beneficiary is located in a E.U. Member State (European Union) /EES (European Economical Space) and the payment transaction’s currency is one of the Member State’s currencies, you can choose for this transfer’s correspondent bank fees to be shared (SHA); in case you choose, at your own risk, the OUR commissioning option for these payments, understanding that you will assume all fees and expenses for the payment instruction, the bank can accept and execute the payment. The BEN commissioning option cannot be used for the above payments, thereby if the bank receives payment instructions with the BEN option, the bank will process them using the SHA option. For other foreign currency payments, than those above, you can choose from the expanding list of the fees of the corresponding banks to be paid by the beneficiary (BEN), by the payer (OUR), or to be shared (SHA).

    Then you press Submit and a verification and a confirmation screen will be displayed, summarizing the transaction details.

    The confirmation screen summarizes the details of the transaction and you have to insert the Authorization Code. After verifying the information, you have to press the Confirm button.

    If you want to change the information, you must press Cancel, which will take you back to the data insertion page.

    In the result screen of the payment, you may set the transfer to be made as a payment template, by ticking the options “Save template”.

    4.7. Invoice payment

    This function allows you to pay various invoices for utilities, insurance policies etc. to the suppliers with accounts opened at Raiffeisen Bank.

    The first displayed screen is the one for inserting the data of the respective payment.

    The following fields must be filled-in:

    • From the account: the personal account from which you want the payment to be made;
    • Provider: Here you can insert the first letters of the provider’s name for faster identification or you can select from the scrolled list
    • Amount: the due amount written on the payment document;
    • Payment date: current date (non-editable field);
    • Payment order number: here you will fill in the details of the invoice, depending on the selected provider

    Then you press Submit and a verification and a confirmation screen will be displayed, summarizing the transaction details.

    The confirmation screen summarizes the details of the transaction. After verifying the information, you have to press the Confirm button.

    If you want to change the information, you must press Cancel, which will take you back to the data insertion page

    For certain suppliers the application displays a payment confirmation code.

    In the result screen of the payment, you may set the transfer to be made as a payment template, by ticking the options “Save template”.

    5. Investments

    5.1. Buy investment units

    This function enables you to subscribe for fund units with Raiffeisen Asset Management investment funds.

    The displayed page provides, under the Investments menu, the following fields:

    • From the account: select one of the accounts from which you want to subscribe;
    • Search: you can insert the first letters of the Investment Fund’s name for a faster identification or you can select it from the scrolled list
    • Amount: insert the amount corresponding to the subscription
    • Payment date: the transaction processing date, which is automatically filled in with the current date, but can be modified into a future date at which the transfer can be processed. In addition, by using the arrows next to the “One time transaction” field, you can change the option into “Recurring transaction” to order a future dated transaction.

      You may opt for the repeated transfer to be made:

      a) On a fixed date

      In this case, in the field Transfer date you will indicate the preferred date, while in the Frequency (all) section you will select 1 month, if you wish the transfer to be made monthly or 2 months, if you wish the transfer to be made on the fixed date indicated by you, every two months, etc.

      b) On a fixed number of days

      In this case, in the field Transfer date you will indicate the date of the first transfer, while in the section Frequency (all), you will select 1 day, if you want it to be made daily or 3 days, if you want the transfer to be made every 3 days, etc. If you want the transfer to be repeated every two months, you have to select 2 and the option “month (s)”, etc.
    • In own name: if you want to subscribe in your own name
    • Subscribing for a third party: tick if you want to subscribe on behalf of a third party/company – if ticked, two fields will be displayed;
    • Personal Identification Number (CNP): to be filled-in with the Personal Identification Number (CNP)/Sole Registration Number (CUI) of the person/company in whose name the subscribing is made;
    • Name: the name of the person/company in whose name the subscribing is made;
    • In the down left corner, you can find the „Information on Investment Funds” button, which will redirect you to www.raiffeisenfonduri.ro

      Then you press Submit and a verification and a confirmation screen will be displayed, summarizing the transaction details;

    The confirmation screen summarizes the details of the transaction and you have to insert the Authorization Code. After verifying the information, you have to press the Confirm button.

    If you want to change the information, you must press Cancel, which will take you back to the data insertion page.

    Note: If you are subscribing for the first time, for each investment fund you are kindly asked to refer to a Raiffeisen Bank unit for the issuance of the accession form.

    In the result screen of the payment, you may set the transfer to be made as a payment template, by ticking the options “Save template”.

    5.2. Create time deposits

    This function enables you to set-up deposits using Raiffeisen Online application.

    The data insertion screen displayed after accessing the function “Create time deposits”, under Investments Menu, requests:

    • From the account: it will be selected the account from which the intended deposit will be funded;
    • The amount for setting up the deposit;
    • The intended type and term of the deposit (the time bar located to the right will be used for selecting the time frame);

    For each deposit, there is a minimum amount required for the set-up, which may be viewed by selecting a Time Account that is compatible with the account from which the transfer will be made or by accessing www.raiffeisen.ro.

    If you want to transfer an amount containing decimals (e.g.: RON 100 and 21 bani), you will insert 100, the mark "Dot" and then 21, i.e. RON 100.21

    • Interest transfer: The account in which the interest will be transferred in case of interest transfer deposits
    • I agree with the terms and conditions: this field will be ticked for proceeding with the process of deposit set.

    Then press Submit and a confirmation screen will be displayed; if the data is correct, you must press Confirm.

    If you want to change the information, you must press Cancel, which will take you back to the data insertion page.

    5.3. Redeem time deposits

    This function enables you to close down the time accounts in RON that you own at Raiffeisen Bank, both the time accounts set up by Raiffeisen Online as well as those set up by other channels (at the bank or by Raiffeisen Direct).

    The data insertion screen displayed after accessing the function “Redeem time deposit”, under Investments Menu, requests that you select:

    • From the account - the deposit accounts in RON or other foreign currency that you want to close down;
    • In the account - your current or savings account where the amount accumulated in deposit will be transferred.

    No deposits can be closed down between 10 PM and 4 AM.

    Then press Submit and a confirmation screen will be displayed; if the data is correct, you must press Confirm.

    5.4. Transfer from time account

    By means of this feature, you can perform partial withdrawals from the deposit account that you own. This option is available only for certain types of deposits.

    Eligible deposits that allow further withdrawals are automatically added to the list of accounts that can be debited. Each type of deposit allowing subsequent withdrawal (transfers) has a maximum number of withdrawals that can be done. After reaching the maximum number of withdrawals, the deposit will no longer be available in the list of accounts.

    To make such a transfer, it is necessary to fill the following fields:

    • From the account: select the deposit account from which you want to make the withdrawal
    • In the account: you can select the current/savings account to which you want to transfer the respective amount
    • Amount: the amount you wish to withdraw, it must be less than or equal to the maximum allowed amount, which is displayed on the screen
    • Date: this field is non-editable and displays the current date withdrawals are immediate transactions.
    • Payment details: In this field, you can get details of the transfer that you make.

    After completing the aforementioned, you should press "Submit" button. The display screen will show details of the transaction and by clicking the "confirm" button the transaction is transmitted to the Bank in order to be processed.

    5.5. Transfer to time account

    With this feature, you can make subsequent deposits in own deposit account or of a third person, this feature is available only to certain types of deposits.

    Depending on the type of deposit, the maximum number of subsequent deposits differs from one to unlimited. Own deposits allowing subsequent deposits will be automatically displayed in the list box, where you can select the account to be credited.

    To make such a transfer, it is necessary to fill in the following fields, by accessing the feature “Transfer to deposit accounts”, under Investments Menu:

    • From the account: you may select either the current or the savings account in which you want to make the transfer
    • In the account: the deposit account to be credited
    • Amount: the amount you can deposit has to be higher than or equal to the minimum allowable amount displayed on the screen. If the amount is lower than the amount displayed on the screen, an error message will be displayed.
    • Payment date: transfer date
    • Transaction type (recurrent or non-recurring): if you want the transaction to be repeated, you have to tick the field “Recurrent transaction” from the scrolled list.

      You can opt that the transfer to be performed repeatedly:

      1. On a fixed date :In this case, in the field Transfer date you will indicate the preferred date, while in the Frequency (all) section you will select 1 month, if you wish the transfer to be made monthly or 2 months, if you wish the transfer to be made on the fixed date indicated by you, every two months, etc.
      2. On a fixed number of days: In this case, in the field Transfer date you will indicate the date of the first transfer, while in the section Frequency (all), you will select 1 day, if you want it to be made daily or 3 days, if you want the transfer to be made every 3 days, etc. If you want the transfer to be repeated every two months, you have to select 2 and the option “month (s)”, etc.
    • Expiry date (DD/MM/YYYY): if the transfer is repeated, you have to insert the expiration date, as of this date the transfers will no longer be made
    • Payment details: here you can insert the details of the transaction to be made

    After completing the above fields, you should press the "Submit" button. The display screen provides the details of the transaction, and by clicking the "Confirm" button, the transaction is transmitted to the Bank in order to be processed.

    6. Client services

    6.1. Change user name

    This option allows you to change the User Name used for signing into Raiffeisen Online Service. The change is implemented and it becomes valid immediately.

    Thus, after making the change and leaving the application, you may sign in using the new User Name. Such code must have 8-12 alphanumeric characters, at least one letter, and one number.

    6.2. E-mail address change

    By this operation, you can change the e-mail address that you provided to the bank upon conclusion of the contract. The change is implemented and it becomes valid immediately.

    You have to insert the new e-mail address and then press Submit.

    6.3. Account alias

    This function allows you to set a name for each account to be displayed under My Portfolio option. This feature helps you identify and differentiate your accounts more easily without being required to remember the account numbers.

    Using this feature, you may add, view, modify or delete the names of the accounts.

    6.4. Manage beneficiaries

    This feature allows you to add, view, modify or delete beneficiaries, depending on their category. Thus, you can create new beneficiaries accessing the options: Intra-bank beneficiary, Intra-bank beneficiary in RON, Interbank beneficiary in foreign currency or you may manage the already existing beneficiaries, by Predefined Beneficiary.

    6.4.1. Intra-bank beneficiary (with Raiffeisen Bank accounts)

    By means of this feature, under the Clients Services menu, you can save in the Raiffeisen Online application the account numbers (the last 10 digits of the IBAN code) of other Raiffeisen Bank clients, to whom you frequently transfer money.

    Observing these steps, you will define an intra-bank beneficiary that you can further use for faster transaction processing.

    After completion of all fields, the button “Define beneficiary” should be pressed.

    6.4.2. Interbank Beneficiary in RON

    By using this feature, under the Menu Client Services, you are able to save in the Raiffeisen Online application the account numbers in IBAN format of other bank’s clients, to whom you frequently transfer money. Observing these steps, you will define an intra-bank beneficiary in RON that you can further use for faster transaction processing

    If you make transfers to the Treasury, you can save here the payment detail called Beneficiary Identifier from the Treasury.

    After completion of all fields, the button “Define beneficiary” should be pressed.

    6.4.3. Interbank Beneficiary in foreign currency

    This feature enables you to save in the Raiffeisen Online application the beneficiaries with accounts in foreign currency opened with other banks in Romania or abroad, to whom you frequently transfer money.

    Following these steps, you will define an interbank beneficiary that you can further use for faster transaction processing.

    After completion of all fields, the button “Define beneficiary” should be pressed.

    6.5. Payments templates administration

    Through this feature, you can create a new template, to make further changes to payment fields for an existing template, you can activate a template to be used via Raiffeisen Smart Mobile (if you have this service activated) and last but not least, delete a template. While accessing this page from the menu Clients Services the fields presented below will be displayed:

    When accessing this page, under the Client Services menu, in order to select the indented action, please chose one of the template types. Available options for selection are as follows:

    • Saved templates
    • Own accounts
    • Currency exchange
    • Intra-bank payments
    • Intra-bank payments in RON
    • Interbank payments in foreign currency
    • Investment funds

    Next, the fields displayed on the page will be modified depending on the action selected in the list above.

    If the selected option is Preset Templates, on the screen will be displayed all payment templates that you defined in the application in time and which you have kept active (you did not delete them). If your Raiffeisen Smart Mobile service is activated, for an easier filtering of information displayed on the screen, you can use the option below:

    List Smart Mobile templates: to the extent that you want to display only the active payment templates via Raiffeisen Smart Mobile, please select the box for this field; clearing the dedicated will bring back all payment templates, cancelling the previous filtering for displaying the available templates for the use of Raiffeisen Smart Mobile.

    This will display the templates predefined divided by types of payments (e.g. Intra-bank Payments, Invoice Payments, etc.), with the following available details/actions:

    • From the account: debited account;
    • In the account: credited account (beneficiary account);
    • Payment details: details regarding the client code, subscriber code, etc.
    • Template name: name you intend to assign to the template
    • Available on Smart Mobile: you can select so that this template be available also on Smart Mobile;
    • Send: Via this link, you will be directed to the page confirming the change of the template.

    If you have an active Raiffeisen Smart Mobile Service, at the level of each payment template, the following additional fields will be available that can also be modified:

    • Available for Smart Mobile - to the extent that the template is already available to be used for Raiffeisen Smart Mobile service, the dedicated box is selected; to activate/inactivate a payment template for Smart Mobile, please select/deselect the associated text box;
    • Maximum limit – to the extent that the dedicated box is ticked for the use of maximum limit, the field corresponding to the processing limit of the respective template, namely the field Limit (LEI), will be filled in automatically with the maximum limit defined by the trading Bank for that type of transaction for the Mobile Banking channel.
    • Limit (LEI) – If you do not want to apply the maximum limit set by the Bank, in this field you can manually enter a limit set by you for using the template in question via Raiffeisen Smart Mobile. For security reasons, the inserted value must be lower than or equal to the maximum limit set by the Bank for that type of transaction for the Mobile Banking channel. This field is compulsory when activating a payment template for its use via Raiffeisen Smart Mobile service, whenever that template has as beneficiary the account of a third party.
    • Note: For templates related to transfers between own accounts (and respectively currency exchanges), it is not necessary to define a limit for Raiffeisen Smart Mobile transactions. For these two types of payment, at templates level, the maximum limit available at a Bank’s level will be assumed automatically, valid for each of the two operations.

    If you have made changes to the templates already defined directly through this page, then you should press the Submit button. You will be notified immediately on the successful completion of the operation of saving the changes made. If the change refers to the activation of an intra or interbank payment template to be used via Raiffeisen Smart Mobile, then you will be prompted to authorize the operation using your card reader, in a manner identical to any payment of the respective type via Raiffeisen Online.

    After the authorized code generated by the card reader is inserted, please press the Confirm button for the completion of the operation. If you want to return to the previous screen, just press the Cancel button.

    When the amendment implies changing of the beneficiary account for an intra or interbank transfer in RON/foreign currency, active in Raiffeisen Smart Mobile, you will be prompted again to authorize the transaction with the card reader. In this case, please press the Confirm button for the completion of the operation. If you want to return to the previous screen, just press the Cancel button.

    For deleting the respective template, please press the button Delete Saved Template.

    Immediately afterwards, you will receive a message notifying you on the successful completion of your operation.

    Upon selection of any of the options from the available list for defining a new template (own accounts, intra-bank payments, invoice payment, etc.), you will be directed to a new page where you will be requested to insert all the data required for the creation of a new template, depending, of course, on the payment type. You have the possibility to opt since the definition of the template, to active it via Raiffeisen Smart Mobile service, in which case you have to fill in/use the additional field in a manner similar to that described above: Maximum limit, Limit (LEI). In addition, the creation of a new payment template with a ticked box corresponding to “Available for Smart Mobile” will require the card reader authorization.

    6.6. On-line activity

    Raiffeisen Online Service records in its data base each performed operation and thus you are able to review:

    1. Your transactions in the last 6 months, displayed depending on certain selection criteria;
    2. Your activity within this service (the date and time when you accessed the service, the option you viewed, modified or deleted, etc.).

    At the same time, you may save on your computer the Electronic confirmation resulting from a transfer; this way you will still have access to these Confirmations after the transactions are completed.

    When you perform a transaction, if such transaction is not accompanied by a message indicating the successful performance thereof, by accessing this function you can check whether the transaction is processed or not. You may contact the bank at the assigned telephone numbers for additional information.

    Between 11:50 p.m. – 06:30 a.m., payments made by Raiffeisen Online will not debit the client’s account. On this menu, these transactions appear with the status “Sent to the bank”.

    If a payment is posted by the bank by debiting the account, its status in the online Activity is Complete, and the electronic Confirmation attesting the successful finalization of the relevant payment will be found next to the payment information. You may check whether the transaction was made in the transaction history under the menu Account Services - “My Portfolio”.

    If a payment is not posted by the bank, its status in the online Activity is updated to Rejected, the error message attesting the cause of the rejection being displayed next to the payment information.

    6.7. Raiffeisen Smart Mobile

    Using this feature, you can enable and disable (as appropriate) the Mobile Banking service offered by Raiffeisen Bank, namely Raiffeisen Smart Mobile.

    Note: the option to enable Raiffeisen Smart Mobile service is available only to Raiffeisen Online clients.

    At the same time, after the activation of Raiffeisen Smart Mobile service, through this menu, you can change the access password of this application.

    Raiffeisen Smart Mobile service activation will be done following the steps below:

    • Activate Raiffeisen Smart Mobile: Under the Clients Services menu identify the tab Raiffeisen Smart Mobile. Then, on the screen, the fields below will be displayed;
    • Password: Please set up the password that you want to use for accessing Raiffeisen Smart Mobile service, for security reasons, your password must contain 8 to 12 alphanumeric characters and at least one figure and one letter;
    • Confirm password: re-enter the password to confirm it;
    • I agree with the terms and conditions: before you continue with the process of activating Raiffeisen Smart Mobile Service, you need to read and accept the Terms and Conditions of the contract applicable to this service. The Contractual Terms and Conditions are posted as a link in the current screen. Thus, to the extent that you agree with them, please tick the box corresponding to this field. Then, the application will allow the completion of the activation process of Raiffeisen Smart Mobile service.

    The Save button will direct you to the confirmation page, where you can review the details of the operation that you perform.

    Confirmation

    To the extent that you agree with the previously entered information, summarized on this screen, please press the button Confirm to complete the activation process of Raiffeisen Smart Mobile service.

    If you wish to change the information previously entered, it is necessary to press the Cancel button so that you can return to the data entry screen.

    Result

    The display informs you about the completion of the activation process of Raiffeisen Smart Mobile service. To the extent that the activation of this service was carried out successfully, you can click on the OK button for automatic redirection to the Templates screen.

    Through this screen, you can define and manage payment templates to be subsequently available via Smart Mobile service. For details in this respect, please see section 6.5. Payments templates management of the herein User Guide.

    To set templates for Raiffeisen Smart Mobile you will need to click the telephone icon, which displays “Enable/Disable for Mobile Channel”, and then you can change the predefined limit by clicking the field that displays the amount limit. Subsequently, you will access the “Save & Next” button. A confirmation screen will appear where you have to select the Confirm button, for validation.

    In the next screen displayed, you can set a name (nickname) for each account to be displayed in Raiffeisen Smart Mobile. This feature helps you identify and differentiate your accounts more easily without having to remember the account numbers.

    6.8. SmartTel alerts activation

    By means of this feature, you can activate and respectively de-activate (as appropriate) the SmartTel service offered by Raiffeisen Bank.

    Note: The option to activate SmartTel service within this application is available only to Raiffeisen Online clients.

    The activation of SmartTel service is performed as presented below:

    Activate SmartTel alerts: Under the Client Services menu, you have to identify the tab Activate SmartTel alerts. Then, on the screen will appear the following fields:

Then, the application will allow the next step; the activation process of SmartTel service is complete only after accessing “Activate SmartTel” button.
    • Account: you should select the account for which you want to receive the alerts available under the SmartTel service.
    • Phone number: One should check if the phone number is valid so that you can receive the alerts, otherwise you should call one of the numbers displayed to update your contact details.
    • The limit per transaction for currency swaps is RON 34.000 (equivalent)
    • Transaction type: You should select the operations for which you want to receive the alerts (debit, credit, both).
    • Transaction limit: Here you have to insert a limit, which, once exceeded you will receive an alert.

      You should press the button „Define SMS alert”.

    To the extent that you agree with the previously entered information, please press the button Confirm to complete the activation process of SmartTel Alerts service.

    If you wish to change the information previously entered, it is necessary to press the Cancel button so that you can return to the data entry screen.

    The display informs you about the completion of the activation process of SmartTel Alerts service. To the extent that the activation of this service was carried out successfully, you can click on the OK button for automatic redirection to the screen where created alerts are identified.

    The type of charge for SmartTel service is already set to normal (without subscription) if you want to subscribe to this service, you should select instead of normal, the low button and then press „Save”.

    6.8. Limits in terms of Raiffeisen Online use

    In order to use Raiffeisen Online more safely, the Bank set-up certain limits concerning both the use of Raiffeisen Online as well as the transactions carried out. These limits are as follows:

    • The maximum number of incorrect sign-in attempts after which the client’s access is blocked is 3;
    • The inactive period of a client before being disconnected from the Raiffeisen Online application is 15 minutes;
    • The daily limit for currency swaps is RON 90.000 ( or equivalent);
    • The limit per transaction for currency swaps is RON 90.000 (or equivalent);
    • The daily limit for transfers is RON 50.000 (or equivalent);
    • The limit per transaction for intra-bank transfers (RON/foreign currency) is RON 30.000 (or equivalent);
    • The limit per transaction for interbank transfers is RON 30.000;
    • The limit per transaction for interbank transfers in foreign currency is RON 30.000.
    • The Bank may update the values above periodically.

    The clients that want to perform transaction in amounts exceeding the values above, may request over the phone the change of the limits of the use of the Raiffeisen Online service by calling the Call-Centre at 021/306.55.55 or 021/306.55.56; the limits requested by the client are to be modified only after their approval by the Bank.

    Attention: The transaction limit for currency swaps by means of Raiffeisen Online Service cannot be changed.
